Passport
Passport-sized photo (white background, ≤6 months old).
Copy of the latest 3 Schengen visas issued in the last 3 years (if applicable).
UAE residence visa and copy (valid ≥3 months beyond intended departure).
For minors (<18 years):

Certified translation of birth certificate, proof of adoption, custody decree, or death certificate of parent.
Authorization letter signed by both parents/legal guardian.
Passport and UAE residence visa copies of parents/legal guardian.
If traveling without parents, original authorization in front of embassy visa officer.

Personal bank statements for last 3 months (original and stamped).
Credit card copy (valid throughout intended stay, optional).
Sponsor documents: Sponsor’s original bank statements (last 3 months).and proof of employment, relationship proof
Employees: Original NOC from the company
Self-employed / business owners: Original commercial trade license, authenticated and stamped by UAE MoFA, plus NOC from company.

Detailed travel itinerary
Official invitation letter (Business/Friends/Family) including purpose, duration, activities, accommodation, and cost coverage.
Round-trip flight reservation
Travel medical insurance covering all Schengen countries, minimum coverage €30,000

Invitation Letter: From Crotia host (if visiting friends/family)
Business Travelers: Invitation letters from company/authority for meetings, conferences, trade fairs, or other work purposes
Any additional documents that strengthen the application (e.g., property ownership, return tickets, previous Schengen visa history)
Marriage certificate (if spouse is travelling)
Birth certificate (if child is travelling)
