No, UAE residents cannot obtain a visa on arrival in Ghana. Travelers from countries without Ghanaian diplomatic or consular representation may be eligible for an emergency visa upon entry. However, this requires prior authorisation from the Director of the Immigration Service in Ghana through a sponsor.
