Completed visa application form
Original Passport : (valid ≥3 months beyond return date, issued within the last 10 years, ≥2 blank pages) + copy of biodata page.
Passport-sized photo (white background, ≤6 months old).
Copy of the latest 3 Schengen visas issued in the last 3 years (if applicable).
UAE residence visa and copy (valid ≥3 months beyond intended departure).
Students under University sponsorship should provide Original NOC from the University

Personal bank statements for the last 3 months (original or system generated,should reflect the last 3 month salary).
Credit card copy (valid throughout intended stay, optional).
Sponsor documents: Sponsor’s original bank statements (last 3 months).and proof of employment, relationship proof
Employees: Original NOC / Salary certificate from the company
Self-employed / business owners: should provide the letter from the company along with commercial trade license

Detailed travel itinerary
Official invitation letter (Business/Friends/Family) including purpose, duration, activities, accommodation, and cost coverage.
Round-trip flight reservation
Travel medical insurance covering all Schengen countries, minimum coverage €30,000.
Cover letter explaining the purpose of travel

In case of invitation : Invitation from the host and Hosts passport copy.
ORIGINAL Certified Assumption of Responsibility for hosting - must be attested by a notary public/certifying officer in Cyprus. Original document must be sent from Cyprus. Scan copy is not accepted
Marriage certificate (if spouse is travelling)
In case of Minor : copy of the minors birth certificate. Both parents should be present at the application center.
If you are applying as a Cypriot / EU spouse, you must provide a copy of your spouse’s passport, the original marriage certificate along with a copy, and a letter from the Cypriot/EU spouse stating their full name, passport number, your relationship, and the details of the travel.
