Signed Schengen visa application form
Original passport (valid ≥3 months beyond return date, issued within the last 10 years, ≥2 blank pages) + copy of biodata page.
Passport photograph (white background, not older than 6 months).
Copy of valid UAE residence permit or Emirates ID (valid ≥3 months beyond intended return).
For minors (<18 years): Consent from non-traveling parent(s) or affidavit if traveling alone, Court order for sole custody (if applicable), School enrollment certificate

Bank statements for the past 3 months (signed/stamped by the bank).
Sponsor’s documents: If your trip is sponsored, you will generally need to submit salary slips, bank statements and the sponsor's trade license and relationship proof.
Employees: NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the company.
Self-employed: valid trade license
Salary slips or income proof for the last 3 months.
Property, savings, or other financial commitments to demonstrate sufficient means.
Minimum required funds:Tourist: NOK 500 per day per person (if self-funded)
If hosted by family/friends: host provides sponsorship form covering expenses.

Detailed travel itinerary
Official invitation letter (Business/Friends/Family) including purpose, duration, activities, accommodation, and cost coverage.
Round-trip flight reservation
Travel medical insurance covering all Schengen countries, minimum coverage €30,000.

Student proof: certificate of enrollment or valid student card.
Documentation of relationship: For visiting family/friends: birth certificate, marriage certificate, or other proof of relation.
UAE residence permits of family members (if applicable).
Proof of UAE residence duration (how long you have been residing in UAE).
Business invitation letters for business visa applications specifying applicant identity, purpose, activities, and costs.
