Yes. UAE residents with a valid UAE residence visa can apply for a visa on arrival, but keep in mind:
Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry.
Visa on arrival is single entry and valid for 30 days.
Travelers should carry a printed confirmation if applying online before arrival.
Recommended: Even if eligible for visa on arrival, we recommend applying for an ASAN eVisa online before travel. It is faster, safer, and more convenient, avoiding long queues at the airport.
A sticker visa is the traditional visa issued by the Azerbaijan embassy or consulate, which is physically stamped or stuck into your passport.
Required for travelers whose nationality is not eligible for the ASAN eVisa or visa on arrival.
Can be a single or multiple entry, depending on your application.
Processing usually takes 5–10 working days, sometimes longer.
Must be applied for before traveling, by submitting your passport and documents to the embassy.
Recommanded: If you are eligible for an eVisa or visa on arrival, we recommend using those options for faster and easier entry. Sticker visas are usually slower and require embassy visits.
